** Update 11/13/2025** I wish I could keep my original 5-star review, but unfortunately, things have gone downhill at Alleia Long Meadow Farms Apartments. When it comes to money, the management is absolutely disappointing. They’re quick to take payments but never take responsibility or offer compensation when it’s clearly their fault. For example, the landscaping crew damaged my floor light — I emailed the office, but the manager refused to compensate me in any way. I’ve lived here for a while now, and I continue to be impressed by how responsive and friendly the maintenance team is. Just yesterday evening, I submitted a work order for a noisy ceiling fan – and by 11 o’clock the next morning, it was fixed quickly and professionally. This isn’t a one time thing either; every time I’ve needed help, they’ve been prompt, thorough, and kind. Beyond the great service, the community here is wonderful. Been living here for over 3 years and I love it! Maintenance is great, they handle things in a timely manner and are quick to respond to any concerns. The leasing staff is very helpful and pleasant. Such a great place to live in. Great community too
Very unprofessional, they rarely answer emails or calls. You have to call or email SEVERAL times just to get a hold of someone then go back to being ignored by leasing staff. They’ll rush you off the phone and say they’ll call back but never do. When you go in person they don’t even wanna get up off of their desks for two minutes to even show you around they just hand you the key and a site map and tell you to go find the unit yourself. I can’t say enough great things about Alleia! Beyond the stunning design and layout, the community offers everything! A spacious saltwater pool, gym, entertainment and movie rooms, plus private resident office suites. What truly makes this place special is Lisa, Lauren, and the entire management team!
