Sent a email telling us not to sit out trash out by our door at an apartment I pay rent for , I work from home and I have kids and diapers get changed and so does the trash and we sit it out till we walk it down it never sits for 24 hrs but meanwhile they have people smoking weed here and I came home and saw “trash” laying in the parking lot .
Doesnt matter the issue they are there. Garage problems, roach problems, neighbor problems they do not let anything slide. Amazing team overall. They are always willing to help. Their manager Lisa Black plays an active role. Which is surprising because in most apartment complexes the managers are MIA.
Move here only if you don’t mind commercial trucks being parked in front of the property. It’s becoming a growing issue and definitely impacts the appeal. I’m unsure why management hasn’t taken action yet.
** Update 11/13/2025** I wish I could keep my original 5-star review, but unfortunately, things have gone downhill at Alleia Long Meadow Farms Apartments. When it comes to money, the management is absolutely disappointing. They’re quick to take payments but never take responsibility or offer compensation when it’s clearly their fault. For example, the landscaping crew damaged my floor light — I emailed the office, but the manager refused to compensate me in any way. I’ve lived here for a while now, and I continue to be impressed by how responsive and friendly the maintenance team is. Just yesterday evening, I submitted a work order for a noisy ceiling fan – and by 11 o’clock the next morning, it was fixed quickly and professionally. This isn’t a one time thing either; every time I’ve needed help, they’ve been prompt, thorough, and kind. Beyond the great service, the community here is wonderful.
