Never had a problem until this last order. Got conflicting information when I called to follow up on my order. Finally decided to cancel. Will not be returning.
Be aware, I ordered online over 60$ worth of personal products back in February of 2024. It is now October 1st and no products have arrived, no contact email from this company or any messages saying we are cancelling your order. Still I do not have a refund, this was supposed to be for a birthday event, company could not message back after sending an email asking where is the products two months later yet now its been 8 months.
