Thank you Allegro for coming thru in my need, when I have to do insurance's jobs of communicating, clicking a mouse and tapping a keyboard between them and their other preferred vendor.. and then still not being able to receive products I need. I will definitely bookmark Allegro when I will need to shop for other medical supplies, devices and equipment.
I had been ordering from this company for 9 years. On this last order I did not receive the product. I was on the phone with them for hours over this issue. They said I did not choose the correct address and that they shipped it to my old address. That is not true. After much arguing they said they would ship it out again. Again I did not receive it. They then said that they shipped it to the wrong address again. And, they said if I wanted the product I would have to pay for it, AGAIN. So I am out the money and never receive... read more
Ordered a small product 2 months ago. It's stuck in processing limbo. Just throw it in an envelope and mail it. It's not hard. I work in a warehouse. I know how easy it is to get things out quickly. This place is a scam. It deserves to go under.
