They are a no call no show. We have had this scheduled for two weeks because they require a 2 week notice for this job. Nobody answers when you call. We would never use this company except Toll Brothers is still in charge of this HOA, and they won’t let us use any other landscaping company for certain jobs. I would never use them for anything.
This landscaping company has no integrity. One of their workers put a hole in my brand new home and refuse to take responsibility for it. They’re asking for proof? I’m not sure how I’m supposed to supply that since they’re the only company that is used. I will tell everyone I know and post it on every social media account I can find.
our HOA uses them and our lawns are all dead because they cant figure out the sprinkler system. they also trample on plants and flowers. and leave lawnmower tire marks on the sidewalks. too many other landscapers to choose from but for some reason our HOA wont change
I did business with this company. They initially did a great job. However I needed some additional trees and the berm that was suppose to be on the sides of my lot were 8 inches too low. They will no longer answer my calls or texts. Great to take the money and run. Not so good with follow up.
