The receptionist staff are unprofessional. I went for a checkup with genuine concerns about my teeth. After my checkup with the dentist, I waited in the waiting room, they told a “joke” where she proceeded to bring up her phone, and jokingly video me, telling me to “tell the world that my problem didn’t mean anything” it felt very personal and degrading. I would've rated nil star if I could. This dingy clinic is one of the least professional one I've been too. had a few visits there for my kid's tooth decay. Got nothing done. time wasted. They could've told me that they can't do sedation at the clinic and refer us to a place that does it right at the start. Instead Dr Susan Natilli kept telling us to come back to check ups. Now my daughters teeth decay has got so bad. I had to find a different clinic.
