**PREDATORY BUSINESS-DO NOT RENT HERE!!** This apartment complex is operating in a way that feels deeply unethical, if not outright fraudulent. I applied for a unit back in NOVEMBER, paid a security deposit, and then was completely ignored. No follow-up, no response—nothing. I was super excited to live here. It looks like a great area and community until I realized the hallway smell like marijuana 24/7 and the people who live here are less than nice and lie
*DO NOT RENT HERE* I repeat, do not rent here. If you want to live peacefully after the termination of your lease agreement, AVOID THIS PLACE. This is the worst community I have ever lived in. The building is fine, it's their staff that will make your life hell. At the time of handover, I completed all the necessary documentation and handed over the keys, bands, fob, etc. Then few months later, they reached out to me with pending $361 pending balance. I have enjoyed living here and like the amenities, but the fire alarms make it hard to remember those benefits. It seems like it’s once a week that the deafening alarms go off. This more than likely will damage me and my dog’s hearing. My dog is anxious to even be in the apartment at this point. Based on the reviews, this has been a problem for years with no resolution.
Great place to live but the regular deafening fire alarms are a HUGE PROBLEM especially since we have a baby. Should get fixed permanently for the rent we pay
