I am in the process of researching options for my mother‘s future care. I called Allegro and made an appointment with Julie Brendle for a tour of their facility. I have been looking for a place for Mom here in St Augustine and visited Allegro. I walked in cold off the street and was provided an in depth tour with Julie Brendle. I could not have felt more welcome! She is awesome! The facility is truly lovely with everything my Mom will need or want for her future home. Everyone seemed so happy, from the employees to the residents. That speaks volumes! I'm moving Mom in next month and am feeling so good about our decision.
Julie is an amazing resource. We did not know where to start and she has been a soft place to land, so thankful for her.
My mom lived at Allegro for three years starting in independent living then assisted as her needs increased. The staff truly became friends with her and she just loved the facility being so open and bright. She is gone now but I know she was grateful for the caring she received.
Had a great meeting with Julie at Allegro yesterday to discuss how they can support our clients. Was very impressed with the facility, their process and, most importantly, the care that they show their residents and families. It was on display as I toured the facility, and saw how the staff, including Julie, interact with residents in a positive and caring matter. Won't hesitate to recommend Allegro to our clients and their families!
