My grandmother has had her debit card stolen by caregivers twice since she has lived at this facility. One occurrence just happened recently. They used her card several times for Doordash, Dunkin, Tik Tok, ect. before we caught it. My grandma lives at Willow Creek. They treat her with respect and are very caring. Her apartment is comfortable and feels like home. She has friends there. They love to dress up for events and parties there. The dining room is really nice and the food is good. The staff invites families to join activities and for meals. I hope I have a place this nice to go when I get old.
