We are the owners of the vacant block adjoining two of this builder’s current projects. Over the past two weeks, building waste and excess materials have repeatedly been dumped on our property without consent. Have had a great experience building with Allegra over the past few years. They have consistently made the process simple from start to finish, a credit to their professionalism and obvious passion for the industry. Have completed 2 properties and Builds with them to date, I also have just signed another contract to have an investment property in Yarrabilba.
We had an excellent experience building with Allegra. They are very professional, no fuss and go the extra mile to get the build completed on time. Couldn’t be happier and we are planning to complete another project with them later this year.
Extremely hard to deal if they are building next to your place. We tried negotiating on the fence contributions as their neighbouring lot and they didn't contributed their fair share. We gave them all the evidence as per market rates and they stated that they have a lower measurements in their contracts when the reality was entirely different. We lost money due to us building ahead of them and were compelled to get into the agreement.
We are having an absolutely disgusting experience with Allegra Homes regarding the contractors working on one of their properties. Loud music and building noise commenced at 5.30am, the bass is so loud our house is shaking. We went and spoke the the contractors and they physically threatened us and turned the music up. Furthermore, they’re now yelling abuse at us, calling us disgusting names. Allegra do not care and haven’t dealt with it.
