Not so urgent care. My pregnant wife was in immense pain and they took forever figuring out insurance. No real hurry shown. Nice enough, but no seeming care for their patients needs. I guess I don't understand the laws around insurance, but if someone is pregnant and in that much pain, surely you can help them and then sort out insurance.
The staff was attentive and diligent in their efforts to help me. I would recommend this clinic and will be going back in the future.
The nurse was really nice and took care of my bloodwork without waiting.
The 1 star is for the NP who didn’t want to listen but only wanted to go by the nose swab. I explained that I had been sick since August 28th - was exposed to a person with pneumonia. I had a terrible cough, headache, sore throat, dizziness, hurt to breathe, nothing taste good - but I had taste, etc. They did a chest X-ray and said it was clear. Their finding was “cold/allergies”. I explained I knew what a cold was and this want it and I’ve never had allergies, but the NP knew all. I was given a steroid shot and sent home. A... read more
