I am not sure of Allegis Group policies but one A/R manager at the Hanover location is taking advantage of her title and her employees. She doesn’t allow them breaks and forces them to work nine plus hours without a lunch. This team is poorly managed and lacks guidance.
Celebrated my 10 year anniversary with the company yesterday.
