Had an issue with a defective deadbolt lock I recently purchased. The customer rep on the phone was absolutely useless BUT her supervisor was very helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my problem. Kudos!
Good product. Lifetime guaranteed!! Amazing. My house’s main door 🚪 lock got broken. when I called them to buy a similar one they told me the lock is under lifetime warranty, they mailed me a brand new one. I wasn’t expecting that. This was on time as I am going to buy a new House and I’ll definitely get all door handles from this company. Excellent customer service. 😀
Requested replacement part for defective thumbturn and instead of just sending me the part like most manufacturers do, they insisted I must return it to the vendor and purchase a new one. Tried explaining to them that it would be way more convenient to just mail me the replacement part but they couldn’t care less about wasting my time and resolving the problem in a more simple, convenient manner. Garbage customer service!
You need to do better at hiring service workers who drive job to job, One of your Ford Transit drivers tailgated another car due to distracted driving, rear-ended that vehicle and got sent flying into my side. As we were the 3rd vehicle, we still sustained personal injuries due to this negligence, and have had damage done to our personal property and items. Hope proper repercussions have happened since this incident and distracted driver training has occured
I contacted this "customer support representative" for Schlage to see if they had a lockset for a 2-1/2" thick door. Told me that they have a "thick door kit" available but couldn't supply it unless I had proof of purchase and photos of their lockset. I didn't have it yet so gave him the model no. that I wanted. I was told to purchase it and then send photos. After the photos were sent, he told me that the model I purchased was not covered by their kit and they had no other solution.
