Another great opening by Allegion! Everyone says Falcon hardware is terrible but I disagree. I think it looks great and it installs great!
Excellent work and great job for me
They said they did not receive my payment, then I sent another check. several days later, both checks were withdraw in same day. I ask the lady to refund, she told me their system is not available for refunding. I am waiting to talk to her supervisor who is always on the phone call........... There are invoice number/job number on the checks, how it can be input the system twice?
Schlages Customer service is the worst. They don't answer the phone or emails when you need warranty repairs.
Non-existent customer service on Kryptonite products (26 days and counting with zero response, no answer on the phone), so any offered warranty should be considered useless.
