I’ve been training at Allegiate for the past 2.5 years, and it has truly been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my health, and I don't say that lightly. Before Allegiate, my strength training experience was basically nonexistent. I mostly relied on Pilates and long walks. I always wanted to build muscle and get stronger, but I had no idea where to start. Programming workouts, figuring out exercises, sets, reps..it all felt overwhelming and intimidating. A friend who works in athletics at UCLA recommended Allegiat... read more

I’ve been at Allegiate for 2.5 years now. Allegiate is hands down the best gym if you want to get stronger and see results, no matter your experience level. My review is overdue… - Started with an ankle / foot injury that I was told would never get back to 100%. After working through the strength and now team program, the pain and instability is gone. - Down 4 (yes, four) waist sizes so far with a (somewhat) healthy diet. Easily in the best shape since starting my career 10+ years ago. Feel awesome and can’t wait to see more... read more

I love the strength workouts. Corrective movements and stretches built in to the beginning of class, and you get the full hour so time permits you to warm up and push yourself without rushing or increased chance of injury. The Strength training is slow, steady, and challenging. I feel great after going for 3 months.

If you are looking for the best gym in LA that will help you build a foundation of fitness and strength for the rest of your life, look no further. Coaches, programming, equipment, and culture are all top tier at Allegiate. You will get stronger, more mobile, and more fit by working out at Allegiate. They don’t take shortcuts and focus on proper form and quality reps—coaches explain the workouts/lifts to everyone, and then throughout the workout they go around and correct form/help you get the most out of the yourself/the wo... read more

RESULTS … :) My favorite gym. After years of doing open gyms and using ClassPass, I finally found a place that’s worth committing to. The instructors are knowledgeable and personalize training based on your goals. The crowd is friendly and grounded. Application tracking baseline testing and track your progress with real data. In addition how you felt sleep, energy and post workout review. The equipment is top-tier, and the space is always clean. It’s time to get strong.
