Allegiant Cancelled my flight from Knoxville after I checked in at the airport - Said they couldn’t put a flight crew together - The two Zombies standing at the Allegiant Podium in the airport seemed unconcerned with my problem - if you really need to be somewhere, do not use this airline
Your fired. New bag policy is a joke. $70 for roller bag as well as checked bag…. Won’t even give you a future consideration. Adding $140 for a single checked bag per round trip, I’ll pass. Update July 2024. Thought I would consider giving Allegiant another try. Went to website to book trip, a few minutes later not only was the flight a different rate (higher) but also the bag fees. After some research seems this is a game Allegient plays, looks at source IP (where customer is coming from) and plays with prices. Still fired.... read more
If you call Allegiant or request a call back pray you don't get Javier. Allegiant offers special assistance when booking a flight to help customers like Dylan with special needs (Down Syndrome). Except they don't. Help that is. It's Dylan's first solo flight (he's 31). Allegiant took Dylan's $ but do not (according to Javier) provide any real services. Classic bait and switch. Filed a complaint with the DOT.
