I wouldn't post this complaint but it’s so bizarre I just can not post! I should have got agents name! At least four times the agent got on the intercom telling everyone to sit or she’s not boarding. At one point she closed the ramp door and stood in front of it to make her point. This is what really got me. Every time after she and the another agent were smiling ear to ear, she just seemed to enjoy bossing the customers. My family and I recently flew round-trip with Allegiant from Norfolk (ORF) to Cincinnati (CVG), and it was one of the most frustrating travel experiences we’ve had, with a 10-month-old and a 4-year-old in tow. We received our booking confirmation on May 8th, which clearly listed our baby as “Infant on Lap.” Our outbound flight was on June 16th.
