My wife and I had recently purchased a used 2014 Tiffin 38 QRA to use for are winter travels. This is are first motorhome unit. We wanted the unit to be restored to showroom conditions and a few upgrades. The Allegiant team did and excellent job. My wife was extremely happy with the outcome. We plan on having any additional repairs done through them as they did such a great job. we highly recommend them.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all your RV repairs and needs. While traveling across Indiana, we struck an unknown object, (at night time and dark), while towing our 5th wheel toy hauler, causing a significant amount of damage to the underside of the trailer. After filing a claim with GS Insurance, which got us nowhere, we had Tony and his crew go to work on the repairs. They had the trailer at their shop for 3 months while we battelled with insurance. Finally found an RV service provider to solve an ongoing electrical problem with my motor home. Tony and his staff were responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. After my Dynamax rep referred Allegiant, I found a review of another customer referred by their manufacturer. I was confident they were very experienced and they proved me right. I first met Tony in 2018 before Covid-19. It was then I knew that whenever I needed any kind of repairs to my motorhome he will be my go to repairman. Never a return trip because it was always a job well done with professionalism. The years of experience he has in the business gives me peace of mind on the road. Even if I am in Florida for the winter my projects are always saved for Allegiant RV in Middlebury. Because I want it done right.
