5th wheel trailer lead landing jack was listing and jumping/slipping during operation. Had Allegiant tech onsite who witnessed the issue and “needed to call Jayco tech support”. Spent about 45 minutes at trailer and left. Wanted to repack my wheel bearings? No return contact so I called another mobile Rv tech who diagnosed over the phone, ordered part (lead landing jack).and installed 2 days later in less than 45 minutes.
