They absolutely hound you with text messages and emails nearing the time a payment is due, It's boarderline harrassment unfortunately this will prevent me from using allegiant finance in the future.

Shocking company. Did the bare minimum, then never completed my claim, I took it upon myself to claim and won, they then claimed I owed the 30% for doing nothing. Requested cancellation of service before any outcome was decided, told no, which they shouldn't have done Don't use them, do it yourself. Constant threats of court action and ccj's, con artists from start to finish.

Very poor service. Had to put in more than 1 complaint with them for misinformation or miscommunication. Avoid at all costs. Dont listen to the positive reviews. Wouldn’t surprise me if they were allegiant employees themselves *edit*: For them to reply saying the misinformation was from Amigo is laughable, as Allegiany openly accepted in my first complaint they gave me incorrect information and gave me compensation for it. Very very poor company

Avoid this company made a claim through them regarding finance it was successful they emailed me told me they could claim back the tax I paid I signed they did not Colin anything back for me the agreement was signed for 2023 - 2024 The following tax year I cash in my pension HMRC took too much and refunded me they sent a copy of the working to this company then they try to claim I owe them £1700 I only agreed to let them claim for tax on a finance agreement they seem to think they can take my pension as well
