This is the first negative review I have ever left for a company. So hear me when I say this is absolutely the worst airline! Never fly with them unless you are prepared to leave the following day, due to delays. I booked an afternoon flight with Allegiant and my sister a week later booked a morning flight with them for the same day as my flight was originally full. Her morning flight kept delaying until it was supposed to take off at the same time mine was. All of a sudden I look down and see my flight was delayed 4+ hours.... read more

Serious Allegiant Airlines Customer Care Concern I am sharing a deeply concerning experience my family and I witnessed today, December 23, 2025, at St. Petersburg–Clearwater International Airport, just before boarding Allegiant Flight 549 to Grand Rapids. While waiting, we observed the boarding process for Flight 1086 to Fargo, scheduled to depart at 3:24 PM. Allegiant Airlines has been a great option for me. I really like their direct flights, which make travel simple and convenient. The fares are affordable if you want to keep things cheap, but they also offer extra options if you prefer more comfort. I haven’t had any issues so far, and the experience has been smooth every time. It’s a solid choice for budget-friendly and straightforward travel.
