We checked a bag and the woman at the priority counter was extremely rude. Didn’t catch her name but she had black hair and glasses working 6/30 10AM. Asked me to scan. I asked “my boarding pass or drivers license?” She said “obviously your boarding pass. I can’t scan drivers license.” Tried to haggle us for our personal item (which was a blanket). Lots of attitude and she never apologized. 2 stars because the flight was decent - as expected 🙂

This is the worst experience I have ever had on flight. My flight time changed and no one alerted me via text or email. No one was at the gate. Only an AI agent that answers after 2 hours. Never fly with them again.

This is the first negative review I have ever left for a company. So hear me when I say this is absolutely the worst airline! Never fly with them unless you are prepared to leave the following day, due to delays. I booked an afternoon flight with Allegiant and my sister a week later booked a morning flight with them for the same day as my flight was originally full. Her morning flight kept delaying until it was supposed to take off at the same time mine was. All of a sudden I look down and see my flight was delayed 4+ hours.... read more
