I want to file a complaint against the airline Allegiant Air. I am very saddened by Allegiant Air because they refused to let me sit in a wheelchair. I am feeling unwell, my knees are hurting, and the employee did not allow me to sit in the wheelchair.
Had a great flight to Florida
Price is the only thing in their favor. Seats are crammed in and uncomfortable. The seat did not even have a place to put your phone or drink. Waited for 30 minutes to get wheelchairs and ended up making our 83 year old walk or miss the plane. All in all, they will not be good for any flight over 3 hours or if traveling with elderly people in your party. There are better low-budget airlines to consider.
