I should of got agents name! At least four times the same gate agent got on the intercom telling everyone to sit or she’s not boarding, and every time she got off the intercom she and the another agent was smiling ear to ear. She just seemed to enjoy bossing the customers, at one point she even closed the ramp door and stood in front of it to make her point.
