First time and last time, They left us stranded.
Love the low fares
This is the worst airlines in the entire Airport. The older lady gave me the wrong name. Their customer service is horrible and awful would not help me out to get my bag checked in. The lady said her name was geneva and that was probably a wrong name. I’m in Las Vegas. Terminal 1. And she’s a heavy set older lady with long white hair. She is so rude and awful. I will be complaining to corporate. I fly every weekend and this is the worst way to treat people.
