Allegiant Air’s actual flights and flight staff were genuinely good — friendly, smooth, and honestly a better experience than I expected. No complaints there at all. But their phone customer support and bundled rental car experience felt like being trapped in a low-budget escape room designed by accountants. I spent over 90 minutes on hold trying to resolve an issue with the car + flight bundle, spread across multiple 20–40 minute calls. Customer service is rude and trash, a Mexican worker asked me do I travel often I asked him why did he ask me that and he had the nerve to repeat it again, what I asked, had nothing to do with that. He did not like I asked a question.

I’ve always been on time or early with Allegiant! I will trade that for bells and whistles any day. Crews have always been polite and willing to do whatever they need to do. I just wish flight times were more flexible
