About 25 people waiting in line for the staff to get the computers turned on and start checking people in. Meanwhile, the staff are chit chatting with other airport personnel while we’re all waiting. I know we’re in California, but seriously? Waited about 30 minutes.
Absolute garbage. They took 10 minutes per person to check bags. Absolute incompetence. Spare yourself.
LOCALS BEWARE... Coming home was a nightmare! We arrived at the airport 1 hour early, while standing at baggage check in, we were told that since we did not download our electronic boarding pass in time we would not be allowed to board our flight. The plane was literally on the ground with one hour to spare prior to scheduled take off. I asked to speak to a superior, the woman I spoke with said she was the supervisor, I asked to speak with her supervisor and was told there is no one above her.
