I had a situation where improper maintenance work done on my truck by charging me for oil that was never replaced submitted a claim to be getting a runaround by John at Hudson Valley, Us Route and it's been several weeks now always asking please get back to me, follow up with me something like that. Just saying for the future make sure you check or get their work recheck by someone else or yourself before you end up without any work at all sitting and waiting for a response from them
