Allegiance Tree Service did an amazing job. We had spoken to numerous companies that couldn’t do the job due to the size of our trees as well as several other factors that complicated the tree removal. Allegiance worked with us to find a solution, set a date and had both giant trees removed quicker than they had expected. After waiting weeks for a tree trim, they finally showed up with no notice. They did call the DAY OF but my husband works nights and missed the call. They trimmed the tree in question however not as requested and without talking with us before beginning the project. They also left their bucket truck in our driveway for 2 WEEKS without any communication! We reached out twice but got not explanation for the truck being parked at our home- they told us they’d call back but never did. Horrible communication.
Ricky and his crew all go above and beyond for their customers. Jordan was the best at giving trustworthy estimates. They have now been back three times to do more jobs and will be back in the future. Thank you!!!
