Allegiance was extremely professional when they took out 2 large trees in my back yard. Cleaned up their mess and did not wreck my yard like I would have expected. Very fair rate. Will absolutely use again. Update: June 2026 - tried to get a quote on 2 more trees and after 5 attempts to get someone out to give me a quote, I was forced to move on to the next company. No idea what the issue was. Still have not heard from them and my trees have been gone for almost 2 months. Changed rating.
Allegiance Tree Service did an amazing job. We had spoken to numerous companies that couldn’t do the job due to the size of our trees as well as several other factors that complicated the tree removal. Allegiance worked with us to find a solution, set a date and had both giant trees removed quicker than they had expected. After waiting weeks for a tree trim, they finally showed up with no notice. They did call the DAY OF but my husband works nights and missed the call. They trimmed the tree in question however not as requested and without talking with us before beginning the project. They also left their bucket truck in our driveway for 2 WEEKS without any communication! We reached out twice but got not explanation for the truck being parked at our home- they told us they’d call back but never did. Horrible communication.
