Helpful, easy to communicate with and the whole process of closing took about an hour with the exception of waiting for the bank. Overall a very good experience.
1st Call: Oh yes, we're one of the best in the area 2nd Call: It's with our legal department 3rd Call: No response Text & Email - nothing 4th Call with email: We are unable to proceed. If you want a Title company with a "Get it Done" attitude, this isn't the one. The Branch Manager has a very haughty, arrogant manner about him. Not recommended. The whole process was smooth, on time and the staff were very Profesional.
Great service, excellent file processing. I closed my personal house there some years ago.
