Allegiance caters to investors. If you are a seller you are not their priority. The seller closed, the buyer was to close the same day but didn't. Allegiance did not inform the seller. The buyer closed 5 days later and never communicated the buyer closing nor funding to the seller. The seller's agent had to call for updates to be told "it funded already". NOT ACCEPTABLE...SELLER BE WARE
I have closed on 5 properties in the last 6 years, 4 selling and one buying, with 3 different titles companies. And I can only say I have never, ever, seen the mess I experienced at this office. Setting an appointment for closing at noon forv4 pm the same day without having the closing figures done and having just requested preparation of the Warranty Dead.
