She was very welcoming and friendly throughout the process providing helpful tips for negotiating Arkansas homestead and property tax law. This closing has caused weeks of stress. Our mortgage included some payoffs and the title co didn't overnight or 2-day the payments. So by the time the payments were made, in some cases we had to make extra payments and then request the overpayments back, which is not easy or fast. In another case there was a late fee.
