Mr. Hall was very knowledgeable and helped my uncle and my mom tremendously.
The whole team (Kim, Greg, Michele) did an amazing job helping my clients close on their purchase. After several delays by a lender, they came back and worked late to help my clients sign after business hours so it would fund. I can’t say enough great things about them and how fortunate that they were the ones in charge of this transaction .
My buyers and I had a pretty bad experience closing on their home purchase here. The escrow officer blind sided my buyers with a request for an extra $1k within a couple hours of closing because she did not remove the sellers property tax exemption off the calculation.
