I went to the eastern gate at Pelican Bay, to pick up a rider. I’m a lyft driver. After about 5 minutes with my Id and refusing to give me back my I’d or allowing me to get in, I told the guard, it’s ok, Pls hand me back my Id. I called the rider and apologized and left. Not before the guard told me it’s not her fault why I have to be a lyft driver. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Like what kind of guards are you hiring to man these posts?

I work on the industry and this is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen in my career. Completely untrained and uninterested officers with 0 education or common sense. Replaced our old security company, would not recommend to watch a sandwich.
