There is absolutely no way this business has five stars. I have been calling for a refund of overpayment for four months now and no response. They have no information on their billing department other than a phone number that gives you a voicemail. Please be careful when using insurance. It may be smart to wait for the insurance to pay first or find a facility with better practices.
