In the night I had Vertigo, so bad it scared me and I called e.M s. There was a key in my flower box for my housekeeper , so I knew they could get in. Still waiting for the supervisor to contact the park, so we can work on not having this problem again. Problem solving must not be part of their company's best practice. I received a call from the chief Stephanie we have worked on this problem to get the ambulance to the site as fast as possible she will provide the park monitor security phone number for the ambulance drivers so we can guide them in when they need help. I want to bring to your attention two incidents involving a particular EMT driver within the past 24 hours. While in the Walmart parking lot, I saw the EMT driver honk at an elderly lady who was backing out of a parking spot, even though the ambulance was still far from her and had no lights on. Additionally, yesterday, at the stop sign on Pearl, I observed the same driver displaying rude behavior toward me for no apparent reason. This company’s billing is the absolute worst! They sent me to collections and I never once received a bill. Insurance called them about it and they agreed to lower amount I owed because we had no choice in the ambulance service in our area. That was over two months ago. I spoke to allegiance and they said it was still pending with their insurance department. Still waiting to hear back. Made sure they had the right address for the bill still haven’t heard back. Waiting for a collection agency to call. Absolutely ridiculous!!
