Watch these mothers. Even if you didn't call them they will bill you 200 dollars. EMTs say no charge then send a bill by text to your phone. Scoured the web for your insurance and filed a claim. In Texas this falls under Deceptive Trade Practices and its illegal and they are being reported to TX AG.
Your staff is great but as a company, you are pathetic. The prices you charge the already unfortunately people with an emergency to just corpus hospitals is absolutely ridiculous! $3500 for a ride to corpus is pathetic. 54 total round trip miles, 1 IV, and 1 pill and you all charge $3500...INSANE... you probably only charge that because you have the monopoly in our area.
In the night I had Vertigo, so bad it scared me and I called e.M s. There was a key in my flower box for my housekeeper , so I knew they could get in. Still waiting for the supervisor to contact the park, so we can work on not having this problem again. Problem solving must not be part of their company's best practice. I received a call from the chief Stephanie we have worked on this problem to get the ambulance to the site as fast as possible she will provide the park monitor security phone number for the ambulance drivers so we can guide them in when they need help. I want to bring to your attention two incidents involving a particular EMT driver within the past 24 hours. While in the Walmart parking lot, I saw the EMT driver honk at an elderly lady who was backing out of a parking spot, even though the ambulance was still far from her and had no lights on. Additionally, yesterday, at the stop sign on Pearl, I observed the same driver displaying rude behavior toward me for no apparent reason.
