I’ve had a genuinely great experience at Allegiance Medical Centre. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. Dr Keating and Dr Alisha Selleck are both incredibly experienced, compassionate, and attentive. My whole family have been going to this clinic for a few years. We usually see Dr Alisha Selleck and Dr Arief Farid. They are both knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

I’ve made multiple formal requests to correct inaccuracies in my medical record. Some errors were acknowledged, however main issues were not resolved. Concerns about breaching confidentiality were dismissed, including information being shared to others without my consent—later justified as being in my “best interests.” I was told in writing via email that I would receive a follow-up by date, yet no contact was provided. Great GP Dr farid but a very very very very non compassionate clinic manager named Paul. Was rude and constantly responded with that’s our policy on numerous occasions after me talking about financial pressures and being stressed on the phone which didn’t bother him really. They are not bulked bill compared to other providers nearby so I’d recommend going elsewhere I absolutely would recommend.
