Great GP Dr farid but a very very very very non compassionate clinic manager named Paul. Was rude and constantly responded with that’s our policy on numerous occasions after me talking about financial pressures and being stressed on the phone which didn’t bother him really. They are not bulked bill compared to other providers nearby so I’d recommend going elsewhere I absolutely would recommend. I’ve been seeing Dr Shiju Mammen for over 5 years now and couldn’t recommend her enough. She is phenomenal. The level of care she provides is rare to find in a GP. She is thorough, genuinely cares and I’ve always felt listened to and well looked after. Very grateful.
