I’m providing care to multiple family members, so have been visiting lots of medical facilities over the past several months. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, professional and helpful from the time we arrived. The office is neat, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It really makes a difference.
The experience at the imaging center was okay overall. The staff were polite and did their jobs. The process was not really explained. I was just told what to do. The main issue was that the MRI is done in a mobile trailer — and on a 48 degree day, it felt even colder inside. It was honestly hard to stay still during the scan because of how chilly it was.
