Extremely slow service. Seen a hour after my appointment time. They have one machine but multiple people working in the back doing absolutely nothing. Lady at the front desk was nice.
Was in the Lithia springs location today, 2nd time, Scarlett tech very unprofessional and raised her voice to me today, very disrespectful and does not listen. She's in wrong business
Staff were friendly and the waiting area up front was clean. However, my daughter’s appointment was set for 5pm, we arrived on time, we sat in the waiting room until after 6pm without being seen. They were not busy upon arrival, there was only one person waiting to be seen who was called back shortly after our arrival. There is no reason with a 5pm appointment that someone is waiting well over an hour.
Every one was nice, good experience but had to wait a little longer than I expected
