Been using this company for over three years, they come like clockwork at the same time each year. Invoices are received promptly and all the necessary paperwork is sent. Makes it easy and worry free for me.
Poor Service. Used for backflow testing. Took months to get done. Never got results back due to check delayed by sent to old mailing address. Once he got it at correct address, cashed check but never sent reports and got a lot of nasty emails from him threatening law suit well after check had been sent back in mail to correct address. NEVER using again!
I work for a company in Wilmington that was having backflow issues that most other companies wouldn't even attempt to repair (and a few others gave us very high quotes and suggested unneeded repairs). Chris Jones from Allegiance fixed our issues for a fraction of the cost and has been a pleasure to work with! He was quick to respond to our emails and phone calls and has gone above and beyond for us. He is very knowledgeable and professional and we will definitely call him for any future repairs!
