Unprofessional is the best word to sum up our interaction today with Allegiance. The first lady we spoke first off didn't know that Allegiance even had an app & then after laughing about not knowing that said the credentials used for the app were the same for askallegiance.com.....which is wrong. She couldn't find my husband in the system & after 7-8 mins forwarded us along to Jenny. While knowledgeable she is rude.
