Andrea and Shawn at this Kirby location are a delight and amazing at their jobs. I had some fraud on an account and they, along with Bobby and Liu in Beaumont and Karen at the Washington location are just awesome. Andrea is absolutely wonderful and I actually look forward to going to these banks to see these great people.

The ladies at Kirby st location are the absolute best. I recently started going to this location for my job and they make every visit memorable. Mrs. Shaun and Mrs. Andrea are shining examples of what great customer service looks like. I truly wish my staff gave this level customer service to every customer that frequents my business.
Services is quick and bank attendants are always respectful and patient! My favorite branch by far.
