This location is poor when it comes to customer service it’s so much I have to say but I’ll narrow it down go to the N Durham and 23rd st location and ask for John he’s EXCELLENT! Bad service. Trying to cash a company check from on of my main client. They didn’t cash it and were very rude when I asked why they won’t cash it. They (the clerk and manager) kept telling me to tell my company to add me on “pay positive”, which I kept telling them I don’t work for the that company, they are my clients, I can’t tell them how to run their business.
