Called in for an appointment for check engine light the lady was able to get me in she was very nice and accommodating. They fixed my car and he explained everything in detail very excellent customer service. The lady in the front was very nice and even offered me a ride home. What a great place to have your car worked on very professional.
I first took my car to Allegiance Auto on a recommendation from a friend a few months ago because I was new to Paso and was having trouble with my car AC. I got excellent service at a reasonable price, so I have decided to bring my car here for all maintenance needs even if I only live here part time. I recently took my car in for regular maintenance and oil change and Eric fixed some other minor issues at no cost! rude front office person plus had more problems immediately after they "fixed" it
Paid a lot of money for issues that he said were taken care of and came back the next day. Paid $426 for a sensor that popped up, said he replaced it and the sensor came back literally within 24 hours. Also my car didn’t have this down shifting issue before I took it in. After paying all that money my car seemed to be running so weird. My car drove smooth before that visit. Now it down shifts really hard as I’m coming to a stop. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon. After two other local shops were unable to help me until sometime the following week. Eric went out of his way to get things done for me right then and there. He was honest and his prices were more exceptional. His service was great. Highly recommend.
