We had these people come out because my quadriplegic brother was having troubles ( passing out, having seizure like behavior) we’ve had this company come out 7-8 times already and they are always very helpful. Until today, a guy showed up and was so rude to my brother that I lost my cool. I told him he needed to be more respectful and he told me he was going to call the police on me. If negative stars were an option I would be leaving that. This service came to "help" a couple of weeks ago when my mom fell. There were so many things wrong, but lets focus on the main one. They could not get her in the ambulance because of a DEAD BATTERY gurney!!! If this had been life threating she could have DIED. Believe me they would have been facing a law suite. Learn this name and when 911 tries to send you to them say NO
The worst ambulance service I’ve ever seen. Use anyone else besides this company. They hire people with no empathy or sympathy for anyone. I’ve had to call this company twice and both times were an awful experience.
The same paramedic came out in December and again last night to pick up my 93 year old grandma, he was both polite and wonderful with her, they forgot to give us her insurance card back, but they were ever so kind to bring it back to us the next morning, I wish I had gotten his name, but they are wonderful
