I bought the best extended warranty for my car that they offered. I have had three repairs, and this company never pays the full amount required to repair the vehicle. They say they use national labor and parts standards, and the the shop is overcharging, but as a consumer, you will have to pay the difference.
Denied my claims. They told me they cover everything bumper to bumper. I said $3600 for this policy.
Terrible customer service and bad communication I’ve been trying to get my car fix before I get sent overseas to my next duty station in a few months and I’m paying for warranty to cover a part they apparently can’t afford and insist to only partially fix the problem when they’re responsible to replace the whole part and they didn’t want to send a inspector until almost a week out
The worst of the worst. Be sure to view their Better Business Bureau complaints under their new name, Renascent Protection Services. Also, be sure to view their Facebook for honest reviews. I did just a little bit of digging, and was horrified. I posted the details there because Google seems to be removing my long winded reviews of this company.
Really bad customer service. Called to make a claim, they got a claim but pulling strings to approve it. Talked to Kristian Thomas, he is most unprofessional and rude person that I ever meet. I've been dealing with warranty companies for a long time, but this is most unprofessional warranty company.
