I would rate this a zero if I could. Dr Tessa Chopra was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Didn't introduce herself. I asked if she wanted to know everything about what lead me to bring myself into the ER on 5/9/25 in the early AM. She literally responded 'not really.' Was in the ER for 4.5 hours for blood work and one chest x-ray. No one came to check on me, and I was only discharged once they heard me on the phone with my girlfriend telling her how ridiculous of an experience this was.

Held for extra 14 days before insurance would decide to let go home, because patients are not intelligent enough to change bandages. Bad food , no working internet for victims. No pain meds without complaint. If allergic reaction to pain meds no substitute. Not a good place. But friendly.

This is the worst treatment we’ve ever experienced at an Emergency room. My wife was brought by ambulance after a rear end collision at 50mph and they didn’t triage her for literally 2+ hours. Seen another 2 hours after that with around 4 patients in the waiting room. They never checked her for cuts or bruises. I had to argue with the PA to get a basic X-ray done to make sure there were no injuries that were not obvious. (Apparently the PA has X-ray vision as no checks we’re done for cuts and bruises). This ER is horrible. I would not bring a stray dog to this place. I sat there with my daughter for hrs only to be told that there's no doc til after 11p. Meanwhile we arrived close to 7 only to sit in a room for hrs. If we could rate - stars then we would...
