My grandparents were both in the ED yesterday evening. Megan M was our nurse and she was fantastic. She repeatedly advocated for her patient to his ED doctor. Her medical skills and client communication skills were both top notch.
Was at Cardiolgy services a couple weeks ago. Treatment may be good, but many have poor unprofessional bedside manner. So distasteful have no desire to return or recommend. Dr. Was no peach either. However always a few shining starrs! Volu teers are friendly and dedicated. They make me smile.
Unfortunately, had to take myself for an emergency visit for a scratched eye. The staff was kind and attentive. Took about 1.5 hr from check-in to being discharged. The doctor on duty was very professional! Thank you for your hard work and for keeping us safe.
Pregnant and bleeding been waiting for 3+ hours. Been here multiple times keep having to wait hours before getting called back . If you have an actual emergency not the place to go
