Website says open until 4. Showed up at 3:30 & they said they were not taking anything in. We were here out of town trying to help my parents with some things & relied on info from their website. Zero help.
Excellent organization, excellent machines and excellent service. We needed help getting one of our machines rewired for low voltage and these guys went above and beyond, one of the engineers spent a good hour at least helping us. Quality machine has lasted us a decade so far and several moves.
The people and equipment at Allegheny Shredders are the best in the business! We have bought several different shredders from them and have never been disappointed. We run our equipment hard. On the rare occasions we have had a machine go down that we could not easily fix, their service crew was extremely responsive. Allegheny machines are durable, well-built and the best equipment for any shredding application!
The most caring company I have ever known, that always has its customers best interests first. Always striving to do more and constantly innovating new systems and equipment for the secure destruction industry. Has earned my loyalty for over the past thirty years. Treats every customer like family. A tradition passed down by its founder and practiced by all. You want to do business with Allegheny.
Horrible customer service, as they strive to alienate prospective users of their services. For a shredding company, it’s funny that they can’t even manage to shred a political sign. Kinda embarrassing that management wants to align themselves with losers.
