Time to receive my inserts took a little longer than I expected, but I was told beforehand to expect a longer than normal wait time to receive inserts. I was happy with the customer service too. They called in advance to reschedule me after a snow storm, then again helped when I needed to reschedule to a different day because of a different appt elsewhere. I would definitely go back here. Thank you.
Worst place ever!! Technician has not gotten my prosthetic right in 3 years!!
They used to be better, but the communication and follow up has gotten worse and worse.
Horrible communication. No one else around here does what my father needed. It’s been 4 months and still no shoes.
Terrible place to do business with. Made us pay in full even though insurance approved the service. They are in network for my insurance. We were told it would take 4 weeks and it took almost 8. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Then they coded it wrong so payment was denied.
