I saw Dr Bologna, his bedside manner, his examination, and his Dr's notes and after visit summary were all as short as his appointment, it was totally baloney. In fact, this review is longer. His care was terrible. I will never be returning to an agh facility because of him. I came in hurt and left injured.
I’m grateful to Dr Palmer and his staff for their attentive care after I broke my wrist last fall. I was in excruciating pain and calling around for an ortho the next day. The office staff said if I could get there in 45 min, he could see me that morning. Thanks to a cancellation, I had surgery the next day. This has been a long, painful season and is not over yet, but I have confidence in this staff and their expertise. I felt heard when I had concerns, and the office couldn’t be more kind and accommodating. 100% recommend.
