Both kiddos went for an initial consultation yesterday and everyone was so kind, compassionate, and helpful. Adults not only talked to us as parents but talked to the kids too ensuring the kids understood what was recommended and to see if they had any questions or apprehension. Making sure the kids understand and are comfortable is SO IMPORTANT. They took the time and it helped ease a lot of anxiety about getting braces.
3 of my children receive services at Alleghany Orthodontics. They all have had wonderful experiences and we could not be happier with how they manage my children’s care. 10/10 recommend!!!!!
Very friendly -explained everything in detail, clean office
My daughter and I had a very welcoming pleasant experience. In fact my daughter is 13 she has really bad social anxiety and when we left the office she was all smiles going on and on about how much she really liked everyone and how nice they were :-)
