Natrona Heights office. VERY satisfied with first visit Dr Chang-very thorough, educated me, took lots of time. However, his “tech” Michelle Russell was extremely rude, abrupt, antagonistic, sarcastic, loud from first moment through visit. Now that upmc has taken over this practice, they are efficient. I am very happy with this office.
I was going to go here but after reading the reviews, let’s just say no thank you.
Will not be using them any longer first time had great experience for my self had my 2 children seen a doctor here ended up in a odd situation was forced to take my child to children's er other wise child service was going to be called on me if I didn't with in 24 hours after this doctor told me it was not a emergency situation after spending over 4 hours at the er to find out nothing was wrong and no tests were needed on my child waste of my time and my family's will never use them again for my self or children no thank you
