Appt was for 11 and sat in the waiting for over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous
Natrona Heights office. VERY satisfied with first visit Dr Chang-very thorough, educated me, took lots of time. However, his “tech” Michelle Russell was extremely rude, abrupt, antagonistic, sarcastic, loud from first moment through visit. She wouldn’t allow time to answer, gave orders, didn’t wait for consent. I am retired nurse and healthcare administrator-accompanied by my nurse. Now that upmc has taken over this practice, they are efficient. I am very happy with this office.
