Would be a great place to work if some of the employees would act professional and care about their job and the senior workers weren't constantly discouraging and trying to run out the only new worker they could find to take care of their shop that's falling apart. Revolving door and pit of misery, stay away. Their break room and the attitudes of their senior workers along with the boss reflect such qualities of the company and the livelihoods of themselves as civilians. Great place to work.. If people show up on time and don't call off on a consistent basis AND do quality work, the owners will help you out. They build quality machinery and do job shop jobs as well. I myself have had a very good experience at this work place. I give it a big thumbs up!!
