The people who run this place are extremely rude and not very professional and the old woman at the front desk is not very helpful or kind.
I kept telling the PT I wasn’t improving with treatment and the treatment was aggravating my injury. I would ask questions about my condition and not get anything concrete back. I went to the ortho surgeon on my own accord and he said to stop PT immediately as my injury simply needs rest. Front office is awful to deal with. Always completely booked and they need to be forced to provide proper service (ex., booking you alongside another patient with same PT). Not to mention front office was quite rude. I’ll go elsewhere.
3.5/5 stars The appointment book was always overfull, very hard to get appointments even a week or two in advance. The fact that you see only the PT and not an assistant is a good idea but unfortunately made scheduling impossible. They often had partisan Fox News on in the lobby, which was not pleasant when I was just there for an appointment. Katie was an amazing PT but the other PTs were not.
