I have been seeing Doctor Carnavale since 1995. I have never waited more than 15 minutes, if that. Excellent care & concern
This is meant for Brentwood but it doesn’t come up in a search. First off the woman at the front desk is clearly confused about her job. I went for a scheduled visit and upon arrival I was told I wasn’t scheduled. Long story short she had my birthday incorrect. How is it we are letting people that can’t perform basic tasks be responsible for the health of others? Not to mention she LEFT ME THERE WHILE SHE WENT ON LUNCH! This is the worst hospital I think I've ever been to we went and entered our worst and they didn't have any rooms we waited for hours never got helped we finally just left it was just such a horrible place they didn't even barely acknowledge you when you were in the back it was horrible I would say definitely go somewhere else I mean McKeesport is better that's crazy
Took my fiance to his first doctors appointment and already felt unwelcome. When waiting for one of the receptionist too acknowledge us, they ignored us. Instead one of the receptionist was on her phone making a personal phone call while the other acted as if we were not there. Instead she attended to other patients. We both stood there for about 5 minutes waiting and thought well maybe we need to sit down and they will acknowledge us.
